Start Refreshing At

This feature allows you to set a specific date and time for the auto-refresh process to begin. It's ideal for tasks you know need to start at a future time, such as monitoring a product launch or a ticket sale.

Setting a Scheduled Start Time

In the extension settings, find the "Start Refreshing At" option.
Use the date and time pickers to select when you want the refresh to begin.
Set your desired refresh interval and other settings as usual.
Start the timer. It will enter a "Scheduled" state and will not begin refreshing until the specified time is reached.
A live countdown timer is shown on the Auto Refresh Page extension icon, indicating the remaining time until the next refresh. This provides instant visibility without opening the extension popup.

What does Start Refreshing At do?

Start refreshing at lets you choose the date and time when Auto Refresh Page begins reloading a page. Until then the page is not refreshed and the extension icon shows a countdown; at the chosen time, refreshing starts at the interval you set. It is free and works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

How to schedule a start time

Open the page you want to refresh and click the Auto Refresh Page icon.
On Time Interval, choose how often to refresh once it starts.
Under Advanced Options, tick Start refreshing at and pick the date and time.
Click Save. The icon counts down, and refreshing begins at the time you chose.

Can I start auto refreshing a page at 9:00 am?

Yes. Tick Start refreshing at, choose the date and 09:00, and click Save. The extension uses your computer's local time, and refreshing begins at 9:00 at the interval you set.

Does the browser have to stay open?

Yes. Keep the browser running and the page open until the chosen time.

What if I pick a time that has already passed?

The extension shows "Date and time should be more than current time" and does not save. Pick a time later than now.
