If you need to add tens or hundreds of URLs to Auto Refresh at once — migrating from another browser, restoring a backup, or rolling out a shared configuration to a team — the Import action in the Refresh List tab is the fastest way. It accepts a CSV file in the same format produced by Export, so an export from one device imports cleanly on another with no manual editing.
Each row in the CSV becomes one entry in your Refresh List, with all of its per-URL options (interval, Advance Options, Detect Keyword settings) carried over.

.csv file from your device. If a URL from the CSV already exists in your Refresh List, the existing entry is updated with the values from the file. New URLs are appended.
The cleanest way to author a valid CSV is to Export first from the same Refresh List tab — you start from the exact format Auto Refresh expects, and only change the cells you care about before re-importing.
Two things to keep in mind:
URL. If Auto Refresh shows "please upload valid format",
this is almost always why.1 for enabled and 0 for disabled. Empty values are accepted for
optional fields and treated as the default.URL. Open the file
in a spreadsheet, fix the header, and re-upload.http(s):// URL.
After the import succeeds, each new entry behaves like any other saved URL: click the pencil icon to edit, the trash icon to remove, and the play icon to start or pause its timer.
