How to Import a URL into the Refresh List

Add a URL to the Refresh Lis

Most of the time you add a page to Auto Refresh by opening the popup on that tab and clicking Save. But sometimes you want to add a URL without navigating to it first — for example, you have a link copied from somewhere else and want it in your Refresh List right away.

Follow This: https://auto-refresh.extfy.com/en/import-export.html

For that, use the Import action in the Refresh List tab. It lets you bring a URL into your list without opening that page in the browser.

How to import a URL

  1. Click the Auto Refresh icon to open the popup.
  2. Switch to the Refresh List tab.
  3. Click Import in the top right of the Active Tab List.
  4. Choose the URL you want to add.
  5. Confirm and the URL appears in the Refresh List as a new entry.

The new entry uses the current default interval and the default per-URL options. You can then click the pencil icon next to it to change the interval, Advance Options, and Detect Keyword settings — exactly like any other saved URL.

Notes

  • The URL must start with http:// or https://.
  • Whitespace is stripped automatically, so trailing or leading spaces from a copy-paste will not block the import.
  • If a URL with the same address already exists in your Refresh List, the existing entry is updated rather than duplicated.
  • To add many URLs at once, see Import Bulk URL instead — it uses the same Import button but accepts a CSV file.

After importing, press the play icon on the new entry to start its timer. The URL will refresh on the schedule you configure.
