Once you have configured Auto Refresh for several URLs, you may want a backup of that list — to move it to another browser, share it with a colleague, or simply keep a copy outside the extension storage. The Export action in the Refresh List tab gives you exactly that: a single .csv file with every saved URL and its per-URL options.
The exported file is also the canonical format used by Import, so an export today can be re-imported on any device without manual editing.

.csv file to your Downloads folder. The exported file is ready to use immediately — no manual editing required. You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, or any text editor to review the contents.
Each row is one saved URL with its full per-URL configuration — the refresh interval, every Advance Option, and every Detect Keyword setting. The first column is always URL, and boolean fields use 1 for enabled and 0 for disabled.
You do not need to memorize the column order — the cleanest way to edit the file is to Export first, change the cells you care about in a spreadsheet, and then re-import.
If the Export download does not start, make sure your browser is allowed to save files from extensions and that the Refresh List is not empty — the action is enabled only when at least one URL is saved. Auto Refresh Extension helps you automatically refresh web pages at custom time intervals.
